Our Silver Service Plan, also known as our Preventive Maintenance Plan, is our most popular plan. The goal of this plan is to minimize unscheduled downtime by catching issues before they escalate to the point of shutting down workstations and/or servers and preventing employees from working. This plan is a flexible contract that can be modified monthly to fit the changing needs of our clients. This plan allows each client to choose the frequency of preventive maintenance to fit their needs and budget requirements. Our technicians will inspect, evaluate and update the client’s servers and workstations following an agreed upon schedule. Clients who choose this plan receive a 25% discount on all non-preventive maintenance labor charges.
